BREAKING NEWS: Yahoo! Inc. - recently after their $1.1 million purchase of the website - officially announce plans to ban “fandom”-related content on the blogging website Tumblr.com.

“Copyright laws on “fandom” content - things pertaining to popular TV shows, movies, games and books - should be much stricter,” Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer claims. “A lot of the animated GIFs, screen-caps and videos hosted on the website are in direct violation of copyright laws which could lead to the site’s eventual take-down unless proper action is immediately taken.”
